Usage Policy
All downloads are for individual personal use only, and may not be used for commercial or for-profit activities. You may print out as many as physical copies of my templates as you like for your individual use, but may not use any part of my downloads in other products. This means do not distribute my templates to other individuals, package them with other downloadable planner templates, or sell them through Etsy or other online platforms. In other words, DON’T BE A JERK.
The PDFs are password protected against any alterations – all you can do with them is download them with an Adobe Acrobat X compatible or higher version reader, and print. Any other PDF programs or older versions of Acrobat may not read the document correctly or allow it to open. You do not need the password to open and print these PDFs (I will not be distributing the password).
How To Print:
PDF downloads are non-editable, have the fonts embedded in the document, and the contents will not change with your margins or resolution or printer settings. What you see is exactly what will print.
These pages were designed to be printed on 8.5 x 11 paper. The pages are meant to be printed double-sided, and then punched with a Levenger/Arc punch. Each month or week will be a two-page spread, so you will see both pages of a month or week at one time when the notebook is opened.
If you have a color printer that prints double-sided pages (or are using the black and white version), then this means you have to choose double-sided printing from the print menu, and then choose to print on the short side (or long side, if that’s how your printer works). This might take some experimenting.
If your color printer requires you to print manual double-sided, it’s more work. You physically print on one side, go to the printer, take them out, reverse the order, and place them upside down back in the tray or however it works for you. On my printer, this means I have to print all the odd pages first, then once I’ve placed them back in the tray I print the even pages.
It’s complicated, but hey – that’s what you get with DIY Planners. Enjoy!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I tried making one in Word and it was workable but yours is so much prettier! The hourly is exactly want I was looking for (we must be mental twins or something).
I do like the idea of a notes section or even just a notes page (both side is notes or blank, or grid, etc.), m re like the layout with the Happy Planner, with a notes page (or a goal/monthly planning page) and then a header/divider for the new month. But those are minor concerns, this is awesome sauce!!
If you don’t mind sharing, what program did you use to design this? – just in case I have to give it a try in the future. TIA!
Thank you so much for the inserts. I previously used a file that I lost when my computer at work was replaced. These are an amazing find! I will be printing one put each week and stapling them to the inside of a file folder each week 🙂

I’ve been looking for months for a weekly planner template that could work with Stephen Covey’s weekly planning method, and I think these will be PERFECT! Plus they are so beautiful — thank you for your hard work designing these.
Question: When I try to download the files, I’m taken to MediaFire’s website and prompted for a password. Do I need a MediaFire account in order to download? Or do I need to use a certain browser? I’m using Chrome on my Note 5. Thanks!

Your download site is contaminated with porn – are you able to provide an alternative method?
Hi Gael. I have been a MediaFire user for several years and have not once seen porn ads on their download pages. I believe the ads shown are based on cookies saved on the viewer’s computer already – for example, I see ads for items I’ve looked at on Amazon or other online retailers recently. In your case, perhaps somehow these ads have been viewed or stored at one point by the web browser on the computer you are using, and that is why you are seeing them on MediaFire now. Please try deleting your Internet history and cookie cache and see if they still remain.
These are so lovely! Thank you for sharing them. I use them to plan my fifth grader’s homeschool assignments and it makes her feel special to have a “custom-made” planner 🙂

Tried to download your pretty planner 2019 but a password is required which was not mentioned in download instructions.
Hi Cristina! I have added information on the password protection to all my blog posts, but not the download page itself – thanks for pointing that out. I’ve corrected it now. My girlfriend loves these planner inserts but your 2019 versions are not opening. She has downloaded them before but now she wants the US letter versions and they are not working. Do you have any suggestions?

Beautiful planner with tons of time-blocked space, which is exactly what I need!! Because of my ADHD, I need to REALLY customize my calendar. With this planner that you made, in a 3 ring binder, I will be able to use this along with all of the other ADD tools and trick-worksheets, without needing multiple books to carry the different pieces of my planning system. Thank you for the 2020 inserts! I love using the hourly, 7 day, Monday start inserts but see they are unavailable. If you do not plan on updating them this year, wondering if you would be willing to post the two page spread (Mon-Wed and Thurs-Sun) undated for those of us who work weekends? I don’t ever look at the monthly calendar in the left corner of the Monday page so I wouldn’t miss it and can easily write the dates above myself. I have tried several of your inserts in letter and junior size but always come back to this one and used it exclusively in my work and home planners last year and it really helps to keep me organized by being able to block out the times like you show in your sample photos. Thanks for creating and updating The Pretty Pretty Planner. It is, by far my favorite planner pages to use due to their simple but colorful format. I appreciate the hard work you put into these!

I’ve been looking for something in the Happy Planner style and I prefer using a Sunday start, which is so difficult to find.
These have a Sunday start and are so nice looking!
This must be lots of work for you…thank you for creating these and sharing them.

Your Monthly Sunday Start is very handy and I also use your Big Boxes (Dated and Undated) Sunday Start and the 7 Columns (Dated and Undated) Sunday Start. I like both your B&W and color designs. With B&W I can add whatever stickers I want, and with color, I don’t need to add as many because the layout is already pretty. 😉
