DIY Templates Letter

diyletter

This page is the home of all of my other Letter-Size Discbound (Levenger Circa, Staples Arc, Office Depot Foray Revolution) Notebook templates currently available for download. I created these in MS Word, and they are meant to be printed and then punched with a Circa or Arc punch. Newest templates are added to the bottom of the page!

Please don’t redistribute without proper credit. Enjoy!

Daily Agenda (Undated):

My latest attempt at a new daily agenda planner template. I like it – have been using it for a whole week now. The back is full page grid, for extra/overflow notes.

Letter – Grid

Letter – Lined

Letter – Grid Landscape

Weekly Agenda / PlannerPad Clones (Undated):

  • Letter – Weekly Agenda, 1 page, 5 days
  • Letter – Weekly Agenda, 2 pages, 7 days
  • Letter – Weekly Priority Planner

Another experiment with weekly agenda planning. The Weekly Priority Planner is intended to function like the PlannerPads planners, if you’ve ever seen those brochures.

Weekly Schedule (Undated):

  • Letter – Weekly Schedule 5 days
  • Letter – Weekly Schedule 5 days Landscape
  • Letter – Weekly Schedule 7 days Landscape

Continuing my experiment with landscape planner pages.

Daily Schedule (Undated):

  • Letter – Undated Daily Schedule

For those who wanted a day-at-a-glance kind of daily planner.

Monthly Calendar:

  • Letter – Monthly Calendars 2013
  • Letter – Monthly Calendars 2014

A set of monthly calendars – unfortunately, to have the right number of days and weeks, some of the months have more space for “notes” than others.

Calendar – Year On Two Pages:

  • Letter – Year on 2 Pages 2013
  • Letter – Year on 2 Pages 2014
  • Letter – Year on 2 Pages 2015
  • Letter – Year on 2 Pages 2016

It has the US Federal Holidays already entered, but that’s the beauty of Microsoft Word, you can go in and delete/change whatever you don’t want.

Annotated Grid and Ruled Refills – Landscape:

  • Letter – Annotated Ruled Landscape
  • Letter – Annotated Grid Landscape

Just in case I had the wild urge to rotate my Circa and use them in landscape mode.

Annotated Grid, Ruled and Dot Refills – Portrait:

  • Letter – Annotated Ruled
  • Letter – Annotated Grid
  • Letter – Annotated Dots

Designed to emulate Levenger’s Circa refill pages. Print and punch!

Ruled Refill Variants – College and Full Page:

  • Letter – Full Page College Ruled
  • Letter – Full Page Ruled

Just print, punch, and use in the planner system of your choice. Created in Microsoft Word 2003.

Full Page Grid and Dot Refills:

I’ve created two full page Letter-size templates designed for use in my Levenger Circa/Staples Arc Notebooks in Microsoft Word 2003. I print one side in the full page grid, and then print the dots pattern on the back.

  • Letter – Full Page Grid
  • Letter – Full Page Dots

I love, love, love your pages! I’ve been trying to attempt this sort of thing for years! How are you adding a grid to your pages?

    • pensandart November 13, 2014 at 3:29 am Reply

Hi Jamie, thank you!! Sorry for the delay in replying, I’ve been away on vacation the past couple of weeks. To answer your question, I created all the grids in my templates by merging and splitting table columns in Microsoft Word. They are not exactly even grid measurements, I just eyeballed it until they looked good.

Looks great. How can I change lines color of the “Ruled Refill Variants – College and Full Page” template?

    • pensandart November 23, 2014 at 1:46 am Reply

Thanks Freddy! To change the color of the lines, you’ll need to open it in Microsoft Word and change the colors of the table borders. All my templates are nested tables.

i am so excited to have found your planner pages. Are they still available? I can’t get mediaFire to open for me.

Thanks Vanessa! Was there a link in particular that wasn’t working? I just tried clicking on one randomly and it downloaded for me ,taking me to the MediaFire page correctly?

Your templates are awesome – just what I was looking for! Is there any way to change the colors to black and white?

    • pensandart July 12, 2015 at 6:21 pm Reply

Thanks Kimberly! No, aside from printing on a black and white printer, there is no quick easy way to change everything to black and white. That’s the reason why I started off making b&w versions of each template, but it got to be way too much work to keep up with – every table and border and font has to be recolored. :/

I love your templates – do you have “to Do Lists”

    • pensandart September 6, 2015 at 5:22 pm Reply

Hi Beth!! I don’t have todo list templates but will keep the suggestion in mind going forward!

I want to say THANK YOU for these wonderful pages! I am shouting because I’m so excited. I have tried and tried and tried every type of planner over many years and seem to always go back to one I can put together myself. I’m a Circa nut so these are so perfect. Thank you again.

Thank you so so very much! I have tried and tried to create my own printable planner and it has been a pain because I am not really skilled with these programs. Your calendar is absolutely perfect and so very beautiful and even editable. (Even though I don’t need to edit anything!) Thank you for your generosity! I am creating the most pretty planners for my mum, my daughter, and myself thanks to your pretty pretty templates! I cannot thank you enough!

Sally, thank YOU so much!!! I am chronically disorganized, because I am a person who doesn’t fit on other people’s templates!! Are you going to make pretty planner templates for 2017? Pretty Please?
