DIY Templates Junior

This page is dedicated to listing all of my Junior-Size Discbound (Levenger Circa, Staples Arc, Office Depot Foray Revolution) Notebook templates currently available for download. I created these in MS Word, and they are meant to be printed, cut in half and then punched with a Circa or Arc punch. Newest templates are added to the bottom of the page!

Please don’t redistribute without proper credit. Enjoy!

Full Size Refills – Grid/Dots, Grid, and Ruled:

Junior, aka Classic size, is 5.5” x 8.5”. I print the grids and dots double-sided on paper, cut in half, and punch with the Staples Arc punch. The grid pattern here is what is shown on all of my ink sample images posted here.

Daily Schedule and ToDo List (Undated):

2013 Dated Weekly Planner and Monthly Calendar:

Both of these files have been carefully arranged so that when printed double-sided, the appropriate “next pages” show up in the right order.

*Note* These are for 2013, and as I have moved on in favor of undated refills, I most likely won’t be adding later versions of dated weekly planner pages.

Undated Weekly Agenda

Upon request, here is a blank version of the 2013 dated weekly agenda from the section above. It was designed to be printed double-sided, cut in half, and punched with a discbound paper punch.

Daily Agenda (Undated)

A Junior-sized version of my favorite Letter-size template!

Quarterly Calendar, 3 months per Page

Designed to have both pages open in a double-page spread, so there are lined filler pages to make sure the quarters end up on the right sides of the page.

Menu Planner

Just because, trying something new!

Journal Agenda Daily – Two Versions

Designed to be a day on two pages. Copy and paste the layout to additional pages to create more quotes. Also, the tracking boxes are designed to be flexible for whatever people want to track – just change the titles as needed. These download files are zipped and contain both the editable Word doc and the fonts used as shown in the screenshots below (for a Windows PC). These fonts must be installed in order for the template to look as shown below.

Weekly Agenda On Two Pages

This download file is zipped and contains both the editable Word doc and the fonts used as shown in the screenshot below (for a Windows PC). These fonts must be installed in order for the template to look as shown below.

Thanks Carla!! It’s actually more complicated to make any of the Letter size templates into Junior – I created the smaller templates as separate tables, designed to fit on each side of the normal letter size paper, for easier punching and cutting. So there isn’t an easy way to simply change the paper size or shrink them done to Junior. They have to be recreated new from scratch each time. At least that’s been my experience anyways!! 🙂

You can try to change the settings to print Booklet or 2 on 1 per page.

Hmmm… problem. The link for the 2015 Quarterly calendar goes to Junior_ApptGrid.doc Daily Agenda.

Though I really, really like it, I just couldn’t get the PPJr to print correctly, even after searching all your tips and tricks and comment responses. So I used the date layout from your 2016 Pretty Planner Junior on a modified undated blank daily agenda junior-sized planner of yours to create a 2016 family planner to fit my needs! ***Thank you for sharing your work!***

I LOVE YOU for making your weeks horizontal instead of vertical. This is literally the only planner I could find that is horizontal, and I’ve been searching! Thank you for making these available to anyone and everyone. You are amazing!
